Removing front seats (to clean)

I can't seem to find out how to remove the front seats of a 2005 S40 so that I can clean and vacuum underneath. It is long overdue for a good detail. Any help, suggestions or answers?

Should be 4 bolts holding the rails onto the floor. One at each corner. Remove them and make sure to unplug all the wires that are connected to the seat.
