royal purple oil

My brother-in-law is a royal purple distributor..so I can get it at cost. Will there be any problems running the synthetic 5w30 in a 2006 S40 2.4 non-turbo.

I have used royal purple in my 2001 s40 and love it (10w30). I wish I could get it at cost.
