Okay I enlisted someone to do my stereo for me and they cut the wires going to the little display which I guess is some sort of onboard computer now my cluster went out also because of this and I'm just trying to know trying to find out what I have to do because I reconnected all the wires and the cluster's still ****ed up

 

Doublecheck your work. Those inline crimps can "miss" easily. Also, make sure you REALLY got the wires connected to the right spot(s). And check all fuses... maybe one got blown when Mr. Stereo Expert started hacking your console cabling apart (why oh why would he (?) have done that?).
