S40 1.6d 2010 problem
Hi guys
Any help will be appreciated as I'm running out of ideas. I have a 2010 s40 1.6d2 that had an egr problem this week I have bought a new complete unit egr valve and Cooler. After the new pats where fitted the car still went into reduced performance mode I noticed next to the egr that is an electronic valve there is like an actuator that open and closes the egr by vacuum I took the pipe of and there is no vacuum what so ever so the egr will not open or close. So today I went and got 2 new vacuum solenoids that have now been fitted.one under the egr unit next to the starter motor and the one that is connected to the turbo actuator. Still same problem and same fault code p042e egr stuck open any help will be much appreciated thanks
