car is very loud when giving it gas sounds like a race car also car does seem
to accelerate very quickly rpms go up but seems like its not getting up to speed as fast as it should.

 

check the exhaust system from the manifold to the cat. There's a flex pipe section there that often breaks or you may have a crack at a junction or in the header itself (the part that bolts to the engine and to the downpipe). My bet is you have an exhaust leak at the flex pipe.
