Hi Volvo Fans,

Anyone knows about or has tried changing the S40 01-04 4 stud wheel hubs with C70 5 stud hubs? I would think it might be possible.....?

Totally different suspension systems so I would say no.
Unless you spend atleast 3 to 4K to change the entire suspension setup.

Just used a Dorman 610-507, worked great! eBay, $4. Also used Red Threadlocker in hub hole. A couple of washers over the stud and tighten the nut on the Stud to pull it into place.

He wants to change the HUB, not the studs.

OP, the cheapest way to swap four stud hubs for five stud hubs is to sell your S40 and buy a different car.
