S40 - AC blowing warm
'05 S40 T5 (6 sp manual) AC is running warm. Had a evac and recharge done, but now it's still runs warm. Initially from a cool temp garage I can drive and it will blow fine. Then after I park (in a hot parking lot) and try to drive home it will blow warm/hot. UGH.. I tried turning it off and on again it sometimes it works and then sometimes not. Any ideas? Just spent $170 for evac and recharge and still broken.
Is there something I can fix myself?

See if you can measure up the AC clutch gap - should be in the 3-4mm range - if over say 6 to 8 you can pull the clutch off and remove the shims. Other than that, do you get an codes or blinking lights? Could be a temp sensor (there are several) going out of range. I'm also curious if when the evac was done whether the orifice tube and accumulator were replaced (wondering if its possible to get too much oil in the system - say some was left from the original charge in the accumulator then a full amount was added).
