I have an 08 S40 and want to update some things starting with the stereo unit. Any one aware of good options that fit flush and look decent?

 

I dont think its possible as the unit is integrated and connected with fibre , dont mess around with that great design , I think it works fine ( have the dolby top of the range unit) and the sound is great , no usb just a cd , but I just listen to the radio most of the time , so perhaps others have done something to make it more up tp date?
