Unhappy S40 issues!

I have a 2001 S40 Turbo (138K) and I hear a repeating noise in the left front wheel area, it started when i would turn left and now it does it at 60 mph and at random times.

And when I go to start the car, it turns over 3-4 times before idle.

Can you offer any suggestions? Thanks, TANK

Can you describe the noise?

Clicking may be the CV joint. Moaning or howling may be a wheel bearing.

sounds like a CV...I am in the process of replacing mine. It had progressed much father than the clicking.

You might have your brakes checked.Once the pads start to wear out they are designed to make a similar noise to alert you that they need to be changed.
