new to site but hope you can help.
I have an 05 s40 normally aspirated. driving the other day. pulled up to light and car died. it would not restart..that is to say it wouldnt turn over. it clicks like starter getting power. put a test light on starter and had someone turn key. test light dimmed like starter was getting power but not engaging. so i replaced starter. same problem. i replace starter relay. same problem. i checked the starter relay fuse and its good. replaced battery. same problem.
headlights dim on attempted startup so i dont think its the neutral safety switch. any ideas?
