I just bought a 2000 S40 and whileit's a DEFINITE upgrade from my 98 neon, the sound system leaves much to be desired. It seems that the front left speaker is very faint and tinny sounding. Does it need to be replaced and can anyone give me some advice regarding tampering with the sound system?
I'm a first time volvo owner so any tips or advice would be much appreciated.

I just was looking at crutchfield.com and they say that its 5 1/4 in the front and the back.
