help

Can you guys help me out, I go to turn on the key and it makes a loud humming sound from under the car and when it makes that sound it is very hard to start. Every once and a while I turn the key and it does not make the humming sound and the car starts up with no problem. Is this my fuel pump or FPR? Thanks Marcus

The FPR is in the engine compartment so it wouldn't make a noise under the car. The fuel pump is under the rear seats. Is that where the sound is coming from?
