Default S40 T5 Will not continue running

I have a 05 S40 T5 that will not stay on, 4 DTC's appear on my scannerP2111 ECM-925C/B -- Throttle unit -- Signal too high / lowP1167 ECM-92CC/B Throttle unit -- Signal too high / lowP0638 - ECM-9270 -- Throttle unit -- Faulty signalP2135 ECM-9200 -- Throttle position sensor -- Faulty signal

The car currently will start and run for a little, then stutter hard then run normally again in 5 second intervals. I've thoroughly cleaned the Throttle body and have inspected wiring for any fraying but I just don't know what to do. I bought a used Throttle body that I also cleaned up but both my old and new one move the same and go through the pairing process normally.

Tomorrow I'll buy some electrical connector cleaner but i have no idea what to do after that. Any help is appreciated.

To get some ideas, check out the Xemodex web site for some info on ETM diagnostics.

Did you swap over the throttle position sensor when you swapped throttle bodies? Or did you just connect to one that was already mounted on the TB?

I used the one already mounted an the throttle body, and I did open up the one that was on the car and everything was clean in there and there were no broken gears from what I could tell

If it was my car, I'd use my Torque Pro app, and the Bluetooth "dongle" that talks to my phone, to determine the accelerator pedal position (to see if it may be the issue). There are many other similar alternatives (Torque Pro works with my 'droid phone and Bluetooth - others will work with iPhones, etc.) If the accelerator pedal position is reading correctly, I'd start looking for a problem in the wiring harness between the accelerator pedal and the throttle position sensor.
