I recently purchased a used 2001 S40. It runs fine except for when I go around a right hand curve. I hear a tumping noise coming from the driver's side tire area. It doesn't effect the steering ( I can't feel any shaking). It is only happening when I go the right. Any ideas?

 

Maybe a bad strut top mount and bushing or bad sway bar bushing.
