Have a 2007 S40 2.4i with 80,000 mi. and it is over time on a plug change. Been surfing the web and all I find are older model videos. Searched your forums and still no joy. Please keep me from a "stealer" doing the job for me. Got the tools and have gapped plugs on all my cars except this one. Have the plug gapper, torx and sockets for the job ready to go.

If you have done plugs on other cars it doesn't get much easier than the Volvo inline engines. Good luck!

 

Have to remove the intake upper plenum to get access to the plugs. The coils will be starring you right in the face. Easy peazy.
