Timing belt 2007S40
I’m considering buying a 102k mile S40 and don’t know when the belt was changed but it was regularly serviced according to the CARFAX and AUTOCHECK. When is it going to be due? Anything else to look for? It drives well. Used car salesmen tend to gang up on a woman so I’m concerned. Thanks

10 years /120K miles. So its due. Most shops will but a sticker on the engine or marker some how to indicate when it was done. Its not a huge job - 3 hours + 150 in parts or about $600 and most indy's can do the job. Cheap when compared having the timing belt fail and you need a $2500 valve job
