I am looking at a 2004 C70 and have narrowed it down to two cars. One has 51000 and the other 65000. Should I worry about the timing belt with that many yrs. or should I wait til it reaches the miles. I was thinking about negotiating the timing belt into the deal.

Don't wait for the mileage. 10-12 years is all I would go on the belt. It isn't the belt that usually fails, its the idler or tensioner.
