Timing Belt Change Now Getting P0026 & P0027

I just changed the timing belt on my 2.5t now I am getting codes P0026 and P0027 is this related to the timing belt change???

Yes it could be related. It may be out of time slightly.

Any suggestions on the best way to line the marks up? They are pain to see and to match up with the cover considering the angle.

Yes they are a pain you have to find the right angles to make sure they are lined up.
