Default Torque specs correct?

Finding later model specs for 2010.S40 seems impossible. Are these torque specs of 15,45 and angle gauge @130* apply to all S40? Also, when doing the final 130* is it done with a torque wrench or just a breaker bar with angle gauge? Since you are not depending on a click I would think a breaker bar works just fine. Thanks,

Breaker bar worked for me, but it was the 1.9L engine. Also, I didn't use any thread lube and the bolts squealed like a pig. Very unnerving. In hindsight I would use some light oil or something.
