Default turbo oil return line

Hi all...
I have a 2001 S40 and I wasjust wondering if anyone has done the job by themselves.I went to get my oil changed and my mechanic told me thats where the leak was. I have read thru 25 pages or so of this forum and it seems that tech seems to be the man. Any info or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It is kind of a pain to do. But with the right tools and taking some time you can get it done.

Some people remove the lower engine crossmember which makes it alot easier but I never do it.

I was wondering if you can help with my dilema. I own a 2000 Audi A4 1.8turbo quattrowith 155,000 miles that needs a clutch, suspension and control arms. I am talking $3000 for a $4000 car. I was wondering if you could recommend a sporty, peppy Volvo to use as a commuter. I prefer a stick, but will entertain a reliable auto trans.I am also looking for someothing which will not cost me $1800 a year in maintenance.

Thanks

Well, I just scooped up an 2000 S40 with 55,327 on the odometer fo $9600.00 Not bad IMO for all the goodies it comes with. I'm still new to the whole Volvo game though.

I bought mine at www.ipdusa.com but can't seem to find it online just now. It was not much though. Dealer would probably be fairly cheap too. If you have big hands it might be an issue. Took me a couple hours working in very tight spaces. Anyone with a little mechanical ability could do it at home with pretty basic tools.
