Hi Guys,
I'm new here & have been looking through the forum for pics to help me solve a problem with my 2006 s40 2.0 d. I was doing an oil service recently and during this knocked off the vacuum hoses for the turbo! Now I have reduced power when the turbo kicks in! When I realized what the problem was I decided to replace these pipes as some of them have worn and become very slack!...but I should have taken a pic before doing this!! as I've no idea were they go - I have fitted them back to the best of my knowledge - but they're obviously not in the right order as I'm only getting around 50% of the turbo power! I have found a thread where Danny_ 17 talks about these pipes S40 (New) Engine 2.0D : - Lack of power - Volvo Owners Club Forum but I would be very grateful if someone could take a pic of their setup and send it on this would help me greatly I have attached an image, the pipes in question are located to the left beside the fuel filter and behind the front manifold housing. The pipes consist of a series of t-junctions and 90' elbows - My car is a 2006 s40 20d - any help on this would be very welcomed Thanks in advance

 

I looked in VIDA, but there are four "D" engines listed. There is a "vacuum hose routing" decal listed in parts; is such a decal hiding in the engine compartment?
