new cv axels
tires good
proper alignment
front shocks and springs good
all steering gear good and tight
left and right motor mounts appear to be OK
runs great at cruising speed no issues at high-speed zero vibration only off the line does it vibrate
”has anyone experienced this annoying vibration?

any advice would be graciously appreciated

What brand of axles did you use? Some of the new Chinese axles are worse than worn out ones.

My guess would be worn out compliance bushings on the lower control arm - those will let the geometry of the front end "wobble" under maximum power and torque, due to movement in the rear (donut) bushings.

 

Sounds like what happened to my 2005 S40. Eventually it started making a metal on metal sound.
