Default Weak brakes on 2005 s40

2 weeks ago my brake pedal started getting spongy. I checked the pads ,rear was good and replaced the fronts still no difference.
i changed the master cylinder but the abs pump wouldn't shut off and the pedal was hard ( as in no vacuum pump) and the pedal will still go to the floor.
I then bled the rear brakes and had some air in the right rear. Pedal seems good but still no power brakes and the abs pump runs all the time even with the key out of the car. Any suggestions?

It was the vacuum pump, the line from it to the booster had a hole rubbed through it. Replaced it and problem solved, but thanks for replying
