Where do I find fog light lens/glass cover?

I need to get a new lens/glass cover for my driver's side fog light. Failed inspection...
Does anyone know where to find just the lens/glass cover? I was quoted at over $100 for the whole kit, but I just need the cover. Thanks in advance.
