How do I replace a cracked fog light lens on a 2005 V50?
I assume the whole unit must be replaced not just the lense.
Does the front panel on the bumper come off or do I need to go underneath to access?

Here are some places to purchase the foglight from. Check with the dealership as well. I'm sure they will be more, but check anyways.

I previously looked into this with a dealer and the whole lense assembly needs to be changed.

To remove the assembly it is quite easy. Open the hood, behind the lense you will see a metal tab that is the top of a bar that slides into to brackets to hold the lense in place. Pull up on the tab to slide the bar out of the brackets. You can then push on the back of the lense assembly and pop it out if the front of the car. You will need to disconnect the wire harness to completely remove it.
