I give up. I can't find it. Does anyone know?

 

It is a pain to find usually hidden behind the Lower radiator hose.

 

It is a yellow plastic piece. It looks like it costs all of about 99 cents. Like Tech said, it is really hard to find. You have to gently lift the radiator hose to find it. Or you could just feel around for it, it has a loop on top of it (if i remember correctly)
