Has anyone experienced the wipers deciding to stop running? My wife cleaned the snow off our 2007 S40 today and turned the wipers on but they were frozen to the windshield. When she loosened them, they worked a little bit but then stopped. They then worked a little more and stopped again. I looked at them and can hear the motor running but nothing happens. I can also move the wipers manually but they will not work normally. Any help will be appreciated.
