I'm looking at buying a 2001 S60 2.4T with 78k miles for $11,500 and was wondering if I should stay away from it or not? I did a Carfax on it and it came up clean and called Volvo with vin and it just needs the software upgrade on the ETM. Thanks for any comments, Kevin

 

They are pretty good cars.
I think you would be happy with it.

there are a few things to look for, tech can point them out.

The transmission has some issues, but most can be solved with software updates, if they havent been done get them done, they are fairly inexpensive and make a huge difference (hey use that as a bargaining point!)
