My right rear door lock has a decided to work when it wants to.
Sometimes it will unlock when I use the key (remote fobs dead now), but will not lock when I use the lock switch on the door.
If the other three doors lock, the lock switch will not unlock the doors, but makes a clicking noise.
I have to reach back and manually lock or unlock the right rear door in order to unlock any door with the door switch.
Is this something that a Volvo dealer will need to fleece my wallet to fix, or can I repair/replace without VADIS being involved?

 

I had some strange behaviors with my pw where the window would not go down all the way or would stop on the travel up and reverse like it hit something and reversed for safety reasons. I pulled the fuse for the pw and when I put it back the problems went away.

Try that for your locks.
