02 S60 Tranny ?
Question from a new guy to the site: My beloved 02 S60 loses it's transmission at 95,000 miles. Towed to the dealer, new transmission per warranty. Dealer also replaces engine mounts. Car seems to handle differently and there's a "buzz" in the accelerator and steering wheel. Three weeks out "No Oil Pressure" message flashes when cornering... Take the car straight to dealer, who determines there's no motor oil present, dipstick is dry. There has been no leakage from my car, ever. Dealer fills oil, runs car, puts on lift, no leakage. Angry, I tell service manager that clearly they drained the oil and forgot to fill it when they replaced the tranny. The service manager insists that when changing the tranny on an S60 they don't touch the motor oil, the oil pan or anything close... same for motor mounts... He suggests the oil just dripped out and I didn't notice it. The oil level was fine immediately prior to transmission change.
Am I nuts or did these guys drain the oil when they swapped the tranny and forget to fill it?
Thanks for your thoughts!

No - never had any leaks ever. Car is stored on sealed paved driveway or concrete floored garage, would have seen drops never mind a gallon and a half of oil. The only thing I could think of was the shop guys took the oil pan off to get at stuff underneath, but doesn't sound like that's a good theory...
