I have an 03 s60 2.4i non turbo. I have swapped engines in Mr2s so this volvo is actually much easier to work with. It is a 5 speed trans. If i were to purchase a t5 engine, and computer. would they mate up to my 5 speed trans or would i need the t5 manual trans...not sure if they are same or diff due to difference in power? Are the harnesses different to the extent that its not easily do-able? I have some cash to pickup a t5 engine etc and have the time to do the swap. Im looking for more speed and i refuse to put an exhaust on this car hoping to get hp gain out of it.
