i have recently bought a 2003 S60 2.4T ~48K...love the car! a good upgrade from the 88' 740...ha... anyways i have the HU-613, it looks like there is a center speaker in the dash but there is no sound coming out of it. is that just an option that comes with the HU-803? there is no control for the center speaker like with the HU-803...

 

Most likely it does not have a speaker. There is typically speaker wires in place but there is no output on the radio. So, if you put a speaker in nothing will come out.

 

center speaker? you mean the slot that the Nav, if you had one, would go? i dont think there is a speaker in there.......
