'06 S60 Low Beam Headlight Problems
2006 S60 AWD - The passenger headlight is out. Changed bulb and harness - nothing. All other lights work fine in the housing Appears to have power at the fuse in the engine bay, but no power to the low beam section of the large connector that connects the whole headlight assembly.
Checked all fuses I could find. The 2006 has a different CEM assembly than previous years so the "shunt" fix is not an option. I even managed to set off the SRS warning message when checking the connections on the CEM (nice
). Anyone else have a similar problem? I fear the $800 CEM replacement. Is there a way to wire from the working low beam on the driver side? I figure a direct line would draw too much power and overheat or blow the fuse (and might not even work at all). Very, very frustrating.
