Default 08 S60 PCV system

My wife’s 08 S60 2.5T has 195k on it. We have owned this car since 2009 when it had 31k miles on it. I’ve performed all of the maintenance myself except for the timing belt change at 120k. I have never changed the PCV box, but have done everything else including suspension parts and doing a tranny drain and fill every 3rd oil change. At every oil change, I check the PCV system by putting a glove over the oil filler and it sucks the glove in. It has done it and continues to do it.
I’m not having any problems with the car and wonder what y’alls opinion is with regard to changing the system. Should I change it now with it sucking the glove in, should I continue checking and wait until it gets to zero pressure then change it?
We intend to keep this car until it quits.

No sense replacing it if its working. I have almost 200k on mine with no issues.

Agreed. If you keep the oil changed and bring the engine to full operating temperature often then the system can go a long time. The reason that they get plugged is that oil is not changed often enough and short trips gum up the works.
