Hello all
Just purchased an 08 S60 2.5T with 16" Eurus wheels on it. I would like to replace those with 17" Xenia wheels. The 17 Xenia wheels look better than the 16" Xenia. The 17"s add an additional spoke. Any thoughts on possible issues? I heard the 17s may rub? I also read the 17s may ride rougher than the 16. Any recommendation would be great. Thanks

My 02 T5 came with factory 17 inch rims. I had some rubbing on the inner wheel well (both sides) and had to trash my Goodyear F1's. I just replaced them with Falken ZIEX ZE-912 (235/45R-17). So far no rubbing and the ride seems very smooth. Your 08 must be a sweet ride for sure.

My S60 is an 02 and came with the 16" Mimas wheels with 205/55/16 tires. I put a set of 17" Canistos (the original wheel on the C70's of that similar age) with 225/45/17 tires. The lower profile tire will ride rougher than the 16" tire. The only rubbing you will probably get is on full lock turns. I decided that I would put up with a rougher ride to have the 17" wheels since it looks better.
