Depending on where you live there are specific laws regarding how dark the tint can be. In KY where I live the front door windows cannot be tinted as dark as the rear doors and the rear window. I went with the legal limit. Check with a reputable shop to find out the legal limit.

I like that color, I think it would look great with a tint.
Tint is most likely illegal in your state, so if you are willing to take the risk, do it.
I think 20% all around is a great level, you can see at night, but it gives a great level of tint.
Generally, 35% tint lets you see the driver's face, 20% lets you see a silhouette.

Hey check out this link. I ordered a complete Kit myself for Xmas. I got it soon after I ordered it, but USPS messed it up and bent the tube. No problem, they send a brand new one after I fax the form ( that they send to you ) that was filled out by your local post office.
LIFE TIME WARRANTY!!!!

I don't know what the legal limits are in your state, but I decided to go with only 50% all around. Plus I chose the unusual color blue. Something different around here. The kit is precut so you don't have to worry about getting it right. I hope I get my replacement kit soon so I can post how it went and some pics.
Good luck!!!

Finally got my replacement kit. Like I said it's precut but it still needs a little trim at the edges. UNFORTUNATELY it's not that easy to put it on. I started with the small triangle windows at the passenger rear door. Worked perfect. But when I got to the bigger windows, I ran into massive problems. I messed up the passenger rear and front window. So the kit is great, but having somebody who has experience with putting on the window tint is the best I can recommend. Like I said the kit has a lifetime warranty against bubbles scratches and stuff like that. So after I told SnapTint that I ran into problems they told me I don't have to order a whole new kit. It's 9,99$ a window. I think that is a fair deal because it's precut. I can definitely recommend SnapTint!!!

I paid $135 to have my doors and rear window tinted. It came with a lifetime warranty but in the 4 years since I had it done I have not had the first bubble. My advice is to just find a reputable shop and have them do it. A lot less headaches.
