Hey guys,

Does anybody know what is different(mod-wise) about the B5244"S" motors from 01'-03' that gave them their 30H.P increase over the B5244"S2" motors from 01'-03'? Reason for asking is this... I have the B5244T3 motor in my 02' S60T and I need do a swap. I know that all these motors have the same displacement, however i am unclear on what is internally different aside from the obvious parts like the turbo and injectors. thanks,

Thanks for the response, and vote of confidence, but I havn't pulled the trigger yet. This definitely puts the brakes on that train of thought. Very usefull information nonetheless.
