I have a S60 T5 Manual that will not start. I checked/charged Battery, swapped start relay,cleaned termials I could reach, still no start. This is an intermittent problem though. Sometimes (rarley) she fires right up. All interior lights work, etc, just no apparent amperage draw at all. I suppose next move is to check voltage at starter? Any help would be great.

 

I would check at the starter. Also is there a message in the window when it won't start?

 

Push in the clutch before you start.....
