s60 2.0t struggles to start!
I have recently done a few modifications to my s60 2.0t, firstly I have blanked off the recirculating dump valve and blocked off the vacuum pipe. I have also drilled the air box and fitted a k&n panel filter and removed the wire gauze from the mass airflow sensor, since doing these modifications it now takes about 15 seconds or so for the engine to start, but when the engine has started it run fine and does not hunt. Someone has said I may have disturbed the cam positioning sensor when I was messing around with the turbo while others recon I shouldn’t have removed the wire gauze from mass airflow sensor.
Any suggestions???
