When I first enter second gear and sometimes third there's a rattling noise coming from the underside near the transmission. It sounds like metal any ideas?

 

Does it sound like a rattling tin sort of noise or a metal on metal clank/hard hitting noise. If the first could be a loose heat shield or something along those lines. Hard to say without hearing it first person.

 

I have the same rattling noise but it is from first to second gear.It does sound like a tin sound but a little harder then a heat sheld rattle. If it was a heat sheld makeing the noise way do i not hear it in the other gear changes?
What do u think it could it be?

ok found out ware the noise was coming from... I had some time and put it on a lift, and out it was coming from the muffler.. The top of the muffler is starting to rust makeing the first layer to come lose and flap around ...
