2004 Hand Brake Adjustment

I just did it and it was a piece of cake.
Simply pull off the boot behind the hand brake. It's held in with tabs.
Follow the cable to a hex nut and spin it a litle at a time until the hand brake engages at 3-4 clicks.
When I bought my 06 S60 last year the brake went all the way up and I was worried I had to replace the brake shoes in the rotor. Luckily I was able to try this and it worked. Next time I change the rear brak pads I'll be changing out the hand brake shoes as well.
