My fog light both blew out, and i need to replace the drivers side mount as the twist part that the bulb plugs into broke. (junkyard hunting)

my question is with a HID kit, (what im looking to replace my old bulbs with) do i need the premium ballast with canbus? , does anyone know if it will actually spike warnings in the car?
