My blower motor occassionally stops working. It won't blow any air at all. I can feel cool air leaking out, but it's like the fan isn't running. I will start my car back up later in the day and it works fine. Or it will come on, somewhat weak, and then vary between being weak and strong for a while before working at full strength again. Any idea what is causing this or what the fix would be?

Apologies if this has been posted before, but when I searched for this issue I was finding a lot of people who had issues with it blowing hot rather than not blowing at all.
