2004 s60r help!!

Default 2004 s60r help!!

i just got a 2004 s60r i have a obd2 code (po299)-p and it idles a little rough sometimes and then some times it runs fine? but in between shifts it back fires(6 speed) at wot it acts like its running out of gas and popping out the exaust help please all you s60r awd 6 speed people!

Isn't that a low boost code? Might want to check your vacuum lines. Otherwise IIRC, it could be your TCV or boost pressure sensor going bad...

yeah all S60 R 6 speeds backfire a little when shifting. Mine does it too.

Default s60r backfire is it normal?

2004 s60r awd 6 speed- engine miss& back fire in between shifts? no codes checked all vacume lines and put a new tbcv on still backfires and at full throtle it bogs down like its running out of gas ( brand new fuel pump was put in last week) and still no CODES !!! wtf (help) maybe a coil pack? anyway to check coils?

Does the bogging down feel like a misfire? What kind of plugs are you running? OEM plugs are the only plugs that always work consistently. Aftermarket plugs sometimes work great and sometimes they don't. Ask me how I know....

the bogging down dose fill like a misfire! i put my oem volvo plugs back in last night. and still have a misfire maybe a coil pack prob.

hi i have 2004 s60r i get backfire and surge no cel i just un pluged maf it runs like a batt out of hell!! can i run it this way untill i get a new maf? oh ya still no cel
