Greetings all, I am currently test driving a 2004 S60R for a couple days and I do a lot of hyw driving,( 124 mile per day at about 60 mph average) the Average MPG meter is telling me I am getting 30! Has anyone else been this lucky or should I not trust it?

to be on the safe side, it is always good to also calculate the mileage manually - but with the distance and speed you are doing you should be able to end up with that mentioned mileage, easily.
I have a 2005 T5 and once i did a "test drive", doing 63 for about 150 miles - averaged 34.6 MPG.

I'm a little over22mpg with some highway mixed in. But mine did go up slightly after an ECU upgrade.

 

Mixed driving for me is 22-24 also.

 

sounds perfectlly possible 30mpg out of a r i get 33.6 out of a t5
