Hello all.. I'm looking for some help.

I am attempting to update the look of my 2004 vents to 2005+. I was able to get a hold of a few vents except the passenger side. I was able to get an extra drivers side vent and take it apart. I took out the little directional tab (or whatever you call it) and I'm trying to use for that for the passenger side. But, I need to know how to disassemble it and transfer it. If anyone knows how to separate the pieces in the following pictures..
