Default 2004 volvo s60 2.4 stalling issue

Car at idle(stop sign) or in park; rpms/engine surges up and down. Eventually will stall.
-cleaned throttle body-- control module was changed like 3 years ago
changed map sensor(one near the hood latch)
air filter
oil change
cleaned mass air flow sensor on the intake
changed some vacuum lines
changed fuel rail pressure sensor
changed out a few old coils and all spark plugs.

i have a p0037 h02s heater control circuit low bank 1 sensor 1 but heard thats common and vehicle is drivable. ive had that code for like 6 years.
now when i get pissed at it I rev the car like a hot rod and the surging stops for a bit then returns again. i attached a video
any help i appreciate it.

A common problem for some Volvos around that year related to idle - is the connections at the throttle module. Volvo developed a replacement harness to hopefully solve those idle/running problems. Sold as either the complete wiring back to the ECM or as solder in pigtails.
