Default 2004 volvo S60 catalytic converter rattle
Getting a rattle from the catalytic converter. sounds like a O2 sensor may have broke off and be inside is that possible?

Anything is possible, but it seems your cat has melted from being a bit rich in my opinion. Is the CEL on? It should be.
