Default 2004 Volvo S60 Position Lights Left 7.5 fuse keeps blowing

Hi, I've noticed that my front headlights kept turning off in the middle of a drive. When I went to check the fuses it turned out that there was a fuse named Position Lights Left that kept blowing out. Could this be an electrical problem? I've also had a message that says Position Light Failure for quite a while. The only lights that seem to work are the turn signal lights so far.

EDIT FOR ANYONE WITH SIMILAR PROBLEM: The fuse has quit blowing after installing a new bulb on one of the headlights. The headlight appeared to be worn out compared to the other one.
