My volvo is a base package no turbo , curious on what kind of intake kit I need to buy and how to install. Way to many connection to the cold air box ?

 

Here's the thing with Volvos, they aren't really thought of as tuner cars by most aftermarket companies. So what does exist is really expensive. Lucky for us (I have a non turbo model as well) they don't make anything specifically for the base model. My suggestion is get a K&N drop in filter. If you want more cool air getting to the box, route a flex hose to grab clean fresh air and cut a hole in the box for it. Other performance gains could be found by replacing the intake pipe, but again, you'd have to do it yourself.
